Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction is guaranteed and if your order is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. However, since our products are created “on-demand” (produced upon request), we are unable to return your item to the manufacturer unless there is a quality problem, such as, if the product is damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will make it right. Just make sure you inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately (within 14 days) – for tumblers, contact us upon opening the package, no later than 3 days.

On Demand Ordering

Your product(s) of choice is created after you place your order. No inventory is maintained which means that your item is newly created by our artisans upon request and shipped as ordered. This facilitates a more environmentally friendly atmosphere since products are not stored. Processing typically takes 7 to 10 business days and shipping is between 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Tracking

Be sure to include your email address during checkout; this is needed to support your tracking efforts. An email will be sent to you with a tracking number once your item has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and once you access the tracking information, an estimated date of delivery should be provided as well. Alternatively, if you have created an account, you can also track your package via your account.
