Refund policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed and if your order is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. However, since our products are created “on-demand” (produced upon request), we are unable to return your item to the manufacturer unless there is a quality problem (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item). It is important that you inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately (within 30 days). If the product is damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will make it right.
