Shipping policy

Your product(s) of choice is created after you place your order. No inventory is maintained which means that your item is newly created by our artisans upon request. This facilitates a more environmentally friendly atmosphere since products are not stored. Processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days and shipping is between 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Tracking Your Package: An email will be sent to you with a tracking number once your item has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and once you access the tracking information, an estimated date of delivery should be provided as well. Alternatively, if you have created an account, you can also track your package via your account.
